Catherine Tate, David Tennant, and Comic Relief 2007: My Intro to DT

The first time I ever saw David Tennant in anything — or any of the Doctor Who cast, for that matter — was in a YouTube video of a sketch performed by the fantastic Catherine Tate (Donna Noble) and David Tennant (the Tenth Doctor) for Comic Relief‘s 2007 Red Nose Day. It was utterly hilarious . . . and I loved his Scottish accent. That video is the reason why, when I finally started watching Doctor Who, the Tenth Doctor was my Doctor from the beginning.

You have to watch it. Seriously, it’s amazing. I love it so much. Catherine Tate is brilliant, and David Tennant was pretty much perfect. No matter how many times I watch it, it never gets old. They make me smile every time.
